Electric Range Cookers

The electric range cookers have an electric hob and oven and so do not use the gas supply at all. The great thing about an electric oven is that they are usually fan assisted and so heat up very quickly and also offer a very even heat and so the electric ovens are the best.

The electric hobs are however not quite as good as the gas hobs as they take longer to heat up and it is also harder to judge the heat and choose the precise heat that is required. For this reason many people choose to buy a dual fuel range cooker which has a gas hob and an electric oven and these are wonderful as they offer the best of both worlds.


There are a huge range of electric range cookers that you can buy online which include the modern, stainless steel electric range cookers and these are also usually the cheapest. There are also the traditional electric range cookers and these look lovely in a traditional kitchen, the traditional range cookers are also available in a wide range of colours which include cream, green, red, blue and brown.
